Shipping and return policy
We find it hard to imagine you returning our Ginger Jack. Should you still wish to return our product, you have up to 30 days from receipt to exchange or return our product. In exchange for the returned product, you will receive a credit, another product or your money back.
Please note, these are the exceptions to our return policy:
– Discounted items cannot be exchanged.
– Items must be returned in their original packaging.
– Items must have no visible signs of use.
– Items purchased through one of our resellers can be exchanged or returned.
You can return a product by sending an email to email@example.com. However, you bear the cost of returning the product.
Want to exchange your product? That’s not a problem at all. You can contact firstname.lastname@example.org for this. However, you bear the cost of returning the product.
DELIVERY TIME & SHIPPING COSTS
We carefully do our best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. However, we do not always succeed, sometimes products are not in stock and then the delivery of your order may take a little longer. If for any reason we do not meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.
Delivery is via BPost, PostNL, DPD. In general, delivery will take place the next working day between 9:00 and 18:00. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the time of delivery.
I provided the wrong delivery address!
Provided a wrong delivery address by mistake? Please contact us as soon as possible at hello @gingerjack.be. We will then try to change the order for you.
We care about our products and logically do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. However, it does occasionally happen that an order breaks down during transport or something else happens that gives you a warranty claim. Under European law, we are liable for any lack of conformity that comes to light within two years of delivery of the goods.
If you discover a defect in the product, you must contact us within a reasonable period of 30 days. If you contact us in time, we will provide a replacement free of charge.
It can always happen that something doesn’t go quite as planned. We advise you to first report complaints to us by emailing hello @gingerjack.be. Should you still not be helped, you can also submit your complaint to the Consumer Ombudsman Service.
As of February 15, 2016, it is also possible for consumers in the EU to file complaints via the European Commission’s ODR platform. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not already being processed elsewhere then you are free to file your complaint through the European Union platform.
