Jack's Mojito
A refreshing cocktail with a spicy twist.
INGREDIENTS
- 50 ml Ginger Jack
- 200 ml sparkling water
- A few lime slices
- Fresh mint leaves
- Liquid cane sugar (to taste)
- Ice cubes
- A splash of rum
- Extra: ginger slices, lime slices, and fresh mint leaves
How do you make a JACK'S MOJITO?
1. TAKE YOUR INGREDIENTS
50 ml Ginger Jack, 200 ml sparkling water, a few lime slices, fresh mint leaves, liquid cane sugar (to taste), ice cubes, and a splash of rum.
2. POUR YOUR INGREDIENTS INTO YOUR GLASS
Put the lime wedges and mint leaves in a glass and gently muddle them to release the flavors. Add a splash of liquid cane sugar to taste, then ice cubes. Pour in Ginger Jack, a splash of rum, and top up with sparkling water.
3. FINISH YOUR GLASS
Stir well and garnish with a sprig of mint, a lime slice, and a ginger slice.
Tip: Prefer it without alcohol? No problem, just leave out the rum and you’ll have a delicious refreshing Virgin Jack Mojito
