Jane Lassi

The Jane Lassi is a combination of a sweet & salted mango lassi.

A tasty and healthy mocktail, a true Lier Lassi.
Inspired by a traditional Indian yogurt drink.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 45 ml Curcuma Jane
  • 150 g yogurt (main ingredient of a traditional Lassi)
  • 30 ml lime juice
  • 1 mango, diced and frozen
  • 150 ml water
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch cardamom
  • Ice cubes
  • 1 sprig mint
  • 1 slice lime

How do you make a JANE LASSI?

1. GATHER YOUR INGREDIENTS

45 ml Curcuma Jane, 150 gr yoghurt, 30 ml limoensap, 1 mango (in blokjes en bevroren), 150 ml water, 1 el suiker, een snuifje zout, een snuifje kardemom, ijsblokken, een takje munt en een schijfje limoen.

2. PREPARE AND COMBINE YOUR INGREDIENTS

Add all ingredients (except Curcuma Jane) to a blender and mix until smooth/a lassi. Fill a cocktail shaker with 120 ml of the mango lassi mix and 45 ml Curcuma Jane. Add some extra ice cubes and shake shake shake.

3. POUR INTO YOUR GLASS AND FINISH OFF

Pour the Jane Lassi into a large long drink glass with ice cubes. Garnish with a sprig of mint and a slice of fresh lime.
