RETURN POLICY

We can hardly imagine you returning our Ginger Jack. However, if you do wish to return our product, you have up to 30 days from receipt to exchange or return it. In exchange for the returned product, you will receive a voucher, another product, or a refund.

CANCELLATION/RETURN

Please note, these are the exceptions to our return policy:

  • Items purchased with a discount cannot be exchanged.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.
  • Items must not show visible signs of use.
  • Items purchased through one of our resellers can be exchanged or returned.

DELIVERY TIME & SHIPPING COSTS

We do our utmost to deliver your order as quickly as possible. However, sometimes products may not be in stock, and this may delay the delivery of your order slightly.

If for any reason we cannot meet this delivery time, we will inform you as soon as possible.

Delivery is handled by BPost, PostNl, DPD. Generally, delivery will take place on the next business day between 9:00 and 18:00. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the exact time of delivery.

I PROVIDED THE WRONG DELIVERY ADDRESS!

Accidentally provided the wrong delivery address? Please contact us as soon as possible at hello@gingerjack.be. We will try to change the order for you.

WARRANTY

We care about our products and naturally do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. However, occasionally an order may be damaged during transport or something else may happen that entitles you to warranty. Under European law, we are liable for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within two years from the delivery of the goods.

If you discover a defect in the product, please contact us within a reasonable period of 30 days. If you contact us promptly, we will arrange a free replacement.
