How is Ginger Jack made? From fresh ginger to artisanal ginger juice
Ginger Jack is a Belgian, artisanal ginger drink made with cold-pressed organic ginger, fresh citrus, and a unique blend of spices. But how exactly does this production process work?
Discover step by step how fresh ginger turns into the powerful Ginger Jack you know.
What sets Ginger Jack apart from other ginger drinks?
Many ginger drinks use ginger extract or concentrate. Ginger Jack makes everything artisanal from start to finish and consciously chooses only organic products.
Step 1: Cold-pressed organic ginger

The heart of Ginger Jack is a high-quality, organic Asian ginger.
Instead of concentrate or extract, we use only fresh roots, which we cold-press. By cold-pressing the roots
- flavor and spice are retained to the maximum,
- natural nutrients remain intact,
- the intense, firsse kick is retained.
That is the basis of our Belgian ginger drink.
Step 2: Freshly squeezed lemon
and lime
To perfectly balance the spicy ginger, we add freshly squeezed Mediterranean lemons and limes.
Why?
- for freshness
- for natural vitamin C
- for a perfectly balanced taste
This combination gives Ginger Jack its recognizable, fresh character.
Step 3: Fusion of flavors
The cold-pressed ginger and fresh citrus are combined and gently heated. At this point, we add a small amount of cane sugar, just enough to soften the acidity and balance the flavors without making the drink too sweet.
Step 4: Our Secret Herbal Tea Blend
What makes Ginger Jack unique? Our own top-secret spice blend. This carefully crafted blend of spices and herbs gives our ginger drink its signature depth, warmth, and complexity.
The exact composition remains a secret, but it is the finishing touch that makes Ginger Jack irresistible.

Step 5: Bottling in Belgium
After mixing, all ingredients are bottled in our iconic bottles.
Each bottle is carefully finished and prepared for distribution.
Made in Belgium.
Loved everywhere.
