Ginger Jackeroo Subscription

Your subscription, your rules.
You can view and adjust everything about your subscription via your personal subscription page.

• Log in to your Ginger Jack customer account
• Go to the overview of your orders
• Click on ‘Manage your subscription’ at the bottom.

Here you can view your next delivery, adjust your payment method and delivery address, change your delivery frequency, pause or cancel your subscription.

When you first register, you enter your payment details once. For subsequent renewals, payment will be made automatically. You therefore don't need to place a new order each time. Easy peasy!

No stress, we got you. This means your payment is still being processed by the bank. This can sometimes take 2 to 3 days, depending on your bank. So, please allow some time!

New card? Different payment method? No problem!
You can change your payment method via your personal subscription page.

• Go to 'Manage your subscription'.
• Click 'Change' under Payment method.
• Click 'Edit' to adjust your payment method.
• You will receive a link via email to update your payment details.
• Click the link in the email and adjust your details.

More ginger power? We’re here for it! Want extra bottles? Or would you prefer one less? Easily adjust your quantity.

• Go to ‘Manage your subscription’.
• Click on ‘Modify’ under 'Products in next delivery'.
• Adjust the quantity using the – or +.

Click on ‘Confirm’.

Mix & match your favorites! Ginger Jack and Curcuma Jane are perfectly combinable. Here's how to add Curcuma Jane:

• Go to 'Manage your subscription'.
• Click on 'Change' under Products in the next delivery.
• Click on 'Add product'.
• Choose Curcuma Jane and the desired number of bottles.
• Click on 'Confirm'.

Holiday mode: ON. Ginger Jack: whenever you want. On holiday? No
problem! Move your next delivery to a more convenient date.

• Go to ‘Manage your subscription’.
• Under ‘Next payment’, click on the three vertical dots.
• Select ‘Change renewal date’.
• Select a new date in the calendar.

This way, your Ginger Jack supply arrives when it suits you.

Running low? We got you! Are your bottles already empty? Oops! 😏
You can order your next delivery directly.

• Go to 'Manage your subscription'.
• Under Next renewal, click on 'Order now'.
• In the pop-up window, click on 'Renew subscription now'.

And just like that, your new stock of Ginger Jack is on its way!

Too much ginger? Never. Too many bottles? Maybe...

Do you have enough bottles? Then you can simply skip your next order.

• Go to 'Manage your subscription'.
• Under 'Next payment', click on the three vertical dots.
• Select 'Skip next order'.
• Click on 'Yes'.

Your subscription will then continue as planned.

You can easily adjust your delivery frequency via your personal subscription page.

• Go to ‘Manage your subscription’.
• Under ‘Next payment’, click on the three vertical dots.
• Choose ‘Change delivery frequency’.
• Select your desired frequency and click ‘Confirm’.

Free shipping? Yes, please!
You always enjoy free shipping with your subscription, for 2 bottles or more.

• From 2 bottles: 5% discount
• From 4 bottles: 10% discount
• From 6 bottles: 20% discount

The discount depends on the number of bottles, not on your delivery frequency.
Ginger Jack and Curcuma Jane can be combined. Mix & match to your heart's content!

It's great that you have a discount code! Unfortunately, discount codes cannot be combined with our subscription.

You can, however, use your code for a one-time order in our shop, separate from your subscription.

You cannot add gifts to your subscription yourself. The gifts you can select in our webshop are only intended for one-time orders.
But no worries! We regularly add an exclusive gift to your subscription. You automatically receive these with your order, and some gifts are even exclusive to our subscribers.

We regularly add an extra gift to orders, but this is not the case for every order.
Sometimes a surprise, sometimes not. But your Ginger Jack bottles are of course always there!

Need a little break? We got you.
Do you still have enough bottles? Then you can pause your subscription indefinitely.

• Go to 'Manage your subscription'.
• Under 'Next payment', click the three vertical dots.
• Choose 'Pause'.
• Click 'Yes' in the pop-up window.

Your subscription is now paused. No new payments or deliveries will be made until you resume it. We’ll be here when you’re ready!

Ready for a new delivery of Ginger Jack? We're ready when you are!

• Go to 'Manage your subscription'.
• Click on 'Resume' under Subscription paused.

Your subscription is active again!

We hate to see you go, but we’ll always leave the door open.

Do you want to cancel your subscription? You can do this easily via your personal subscription page.

• Go to your order overview.
• Click on ‘Manage your subscription’.
• Under ‘Next payment’, click on the three vertical dots.
• Select ‘Cancel’.
• Select the products ‘Ginger Jackeroo Subscription’ you wish to cancel.
• Click on ‘Cancel selected products’.

Your subscription has now been cancelled. No new payments or deliveries will be made.
